NICE to upgrade DirecTV call center
DirecTV has been using NICE solutions for five years.

NICE Systems (NICE), has announced that DirecTV has chosen NICE's web-based solutions to upgrade its call center in Boise, Idaho.
DirecTV has been using NICE solutions for five years. "The NICE web-based solutions have been a useful tool in continuously improving our quality management and consultant training programs," said Peter Giacalone, executive vice president of customer satisfaction, DirecTV, Inc. "With the NICE solutions upgrade, we will continue growing the skills of our call center employees and understanding the needs of our customers."
DirecTV is the leading US digital multichannel television service provider with more than 12.6 million customers. The DirecTV Group is 34% owned by Fox Entertainment Group, which is approximately 82% owned by News Corporation Ltd.
