Illuminator's products help organizations keep mission-critical applications and data available and recoverable, and meet strict regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA and Gramm-Leach-Bliley, as well as internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Illuminator also announced that Moshe Mor and Aneel Bhusri, general partners at Greylock, and Rona Segev-Gal, general partner at Evergreen Partners, will join its board of directors.

Mor said, "We were impressed with Illuminator's innovative technology and the deep domain expertise of the team. The Restore product addresses a critical market need and we look forward to working with the company to establish its leadership in enterprise application recovery solutions"
