IT services provider Ness Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: NSTC; TASE: NSTC) has renewed and expanded its outsourcing contract with Fattal Hotels Management Ltd. The new multi-year contract is worth NIS 12 million.

Following its acquisition of Azorim Tourism, Fattal Hotels became Israel’s largest hotel chain with 29 hotels nationwide. Fattal also manages 30 hotels in Europe, however the new contract only applies to the Israeli hotels.

Under the terms of the contract, Ness operates and maintains Fattal’s IT systems 24/7, including applications and infrastructure systems (software and hardware) as well as the chain’s communication network and information security. Ness' Unified Reference and Delivery Center, Israel’s largest outsourcing helpdesk center, serves as Fattal Hotels’ helpdesk, supporting hundreds of users across Israel.

The contract is Ness' fourth contract in Israel this week, following contracts with Israel Discount Bank (TASE: DSCT) and Maccabi Healthcare Services, and a joint contract with Elbit Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: ESLT; TASE: ESLT) for the Israel Air Force.

Ness' share fell 2.3% yesterday on Nasdaq to $5.94, giving a market cap of $227 million. The share price rose 2.2% by midday today on the TASE to NIS 22.77.
