The company's share price fell 7.7% in early trading on Nasdaq, after falling 5.6% on the TASE.
VoIP solutions developer AudioCodes Ltd. (Nasdaq: AUDC; TASE: AUDC) has filed a universal shelf registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the raising of up to $150 million in shares, warrants, and debt securities. Shareholders will also be allowed to sell up to three million shares in connection with any future offering by the company.
AudioCodes will announce the terms of any offering, including the amount and types of securities to be offered, at the time of the offering.
AudioCodes' share price fell 7.7% in early trading on Nasdaq to $7.14, giving a market cap of $291 million, after falling 5.6% on the TASE to NIS 26.62.
