Mind CTI Ltd. (Nasdaq: MNDO) will supply its telecommunications oeprator billing solution to Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Co. Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ) mobile carrier subsidiary, Pelephone Communications Ltd. for mobile virtual network operators (MVNO). Pelephone has reached agreements to provide services with several MVNOs, including the venture of Rami Levi Chain Stores Hashikma Marketing 2006 Ltd. (TASE:RMLI).
Mind CTI did not disclose the size of the deal. Mind CTI chairwoman and CEO Monica Iancu recently told "Globes", "In contrast to the past, the Israeli market is really boiling, with the entry of MVNOs and a fifth mobile carrier."
She added today, "We are excited to have been selected for the first time by a tier one operator in Israel. We are committed to Pelephone's success in their MVNO platform operation and hope to be able to expand our partnership."
Mind CTI's share opened at $3.27 today, giving a market cap of $61 million.
