The carrier also makes fourteen weekly flights on its Frankfurt-Tel Aviv route and five weekly flights on its Munich-Tel Aviv route. El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. (TASE: ELAL) and Israir Airlines and Tourism Ltd. also fly to Berlin.
Air Berlin is Germany' second largest carrier, after Lufthansa. Starting prices, including taxes for a one-way trip begin at $159, or $142 if booked on the airline's website.
