Tel Aviv and central region
Kfar Saba:A 103-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with elevator and parking on Herzl St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.36 million. A 110-sq.m. 3.5 room, fourth floor apartment requiring renovation, with elevator and parking on Kinneret St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.38 million (Shlomi Reuven therealestate). A 101-sq.m. three-room, garden apartment with two parking places and storage room on Harishonim St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.6 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
Rehovot: A 150-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor duplex with balcony, 100-sq.m. roof area, storage room and two parking places on Hay"ish St. was sold for NIS 1.72 million. A 125-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with 24-sq.m. balcony, storage room and parking on Daniel Kahanman St. in the science Park neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.75 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Givatayim: A 93-sq.m. four-room, third-floor roof apartment with elevator and parking on Golomb St. was sold for NIS 2.34 million. A 80-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment on Hameri St. was sold for NIS 1.36 million. A 70-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with elevator and parking on Sirkin St. was sold for NIS 1.72 million. (RE/MAX 100%).
Holon: A 50-sq.m. 2.5-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator with an option to build 40-sq.m. on the roof on Hatzofit St. in the Mafda neighborhood was sold for NIS 995,000. A 120-sq.m., five room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yochai Bin-Nun St. in Neot Shoshanim was sold for NIS 2.08 million (RE/MAX-Avniv).
Rentals
Kfar Saba:A 120-sq.m. four-room, third floor renovated apartment with an elevator and apartment was leased for NIS 5,000 per month. (Shlomi Reuven the realestate).
Rehovot:A 110-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with a balcony, parking and storage room was leased for NIS 4,200 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
