A 105-sq.m., four-room, seventh floor apartment, with an 8-sq.m. balcony, entrance guard, elevator, storage room, and parking place on Streicherman St. was sold for NIS 2.65 million (RE/MAX Ocean).
Ramat Hasharon: A 140-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment with 12-sq.m. sun balcony, elevator, storage and parking on Hashfela St. in the Alon neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.47 million. A 115-sq.m., four room, fourth floor apartment with 10-sq.m. sun balcony, elevator, parking and storage room on Hagali st. in the Alon neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.75 million. A 115-sq.m., four room, eighth floor apartment with 12-sq.m. sun balcony with elevator, two parking spaces and a storage room on Yavne St. was sold for NIS 2.95 million. A 200-sq.m., five room house on a 225-sq.m. lot with parking, needing renovation on David Ben Gurion St. was sold for NIS 4.15 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Kiryat Ono: A 138-sq.m., 4.5 room, fourth floor apartment with a balcony overlooking the park on Hakfar St. in the Reisfeld neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.75 million. A 130-sq.m., four-room apartment with a balcony on Hapardes St. in the Reisfeld neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.42 million. A 220-sq.m. house in a 603-sq.m. lot on Dov Hoz St. in Old Kiryat Ono was sold for NIS 5.05 million. A four-room, 14th floor apartment with two parking places and a storage room on Yitzhak Rabin St. in the Pisgat Ono neighborhood was sold for 1.98 million (home4all).
