Information and analyses on public companies will be available in Hebrew and English, updated daily.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) is to provide analyses of companies traded on it, through a collaborative arrangement with AnalytixInsight, which deals in information gathering on companies listed on various stock exchanges.

Information on public companies will be available to the general public in Hebrew and English, and will be updated daily.

"The collaboration agreement will mean greater exposure and transparency for the financial performance of the companies, particularly for companies not regularly covered by analysts," the TASE announcement says, and continues, "Currently, investors and the public at large have access to a small amount of financial data, and only for some of the companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, through the exchange's websites.

"AnalytixInsight, through its CapitalCube portal, gathers raw financial data from various public sources, absorbs them in its databases, and processes them. The data published on the TASE websites will include raw financial information, financial analyses, visual content and graphical information. Surfers on the TASE website will be able to download the information and export it to files for their use. Information on newly listed companies will be gathered from their prospectuses and from other public sources."

Investors will be able to buy additional information on listed companies and carry out performance comparisons with indices and peer companies and other analyses through CapitalCube's premium products.

"The collaboration agreement with CapitalCube represents a further step in a series of such steps that the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange is taking to boost exposure for the companies traded on it in order to stimulate a higher level of trading," said Eldad Hershtig, Senior Vice President - CIO, IT & Operations Department at the TASE. "Once the collaboration agreement comes into force, the Israeli investor public, both private and institutional, will be able to find extensive and high quality professional information on companies traded on the stock exchange," Hershtig added.
