The winning bid was 20% below the maximum price set for the buyers price tender.
The results have been published for the Ministry of Construction and Housing buyers price project in Tirat Hacarmel to the south of Haifa. 13 bids were received for the lot on which 21 housing units can be built.
The tenders committee declared A. Levy Development as the winner after a bid of NIS 5,450 per square meter. This is 20% below the maximum price set in the tender of NIS 6,806 per square meter.
This means that the 100 square meter apartments in the project will be sold for jmust NIS 650,000 including VAT.
