Bat Yam: A 40-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Eilat St. in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 850,000. A 84-sq.m., three room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harav Kook St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.08 million. A 100-sq.m., five room second floor apartment with elevator and parking on Shay Agnon St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.54 million. A 55-sq.m., two-room, ground floor apartment with no elevator or parking on Trumpledor St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 860,000. A 76-sq.m. three room, ground floor apartment without an elevator or parking on Henrietta Szold St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Rishon Le Zion: A 60-sq.m. 2.5-room fourth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Shlomo Kaplinsky St. was sold for NIS 1.15 million. A 60-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Shay Agnon St. in Ramat Eliyahu was old for NIS 845,000. A 90-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Haim Zeiger St. was sold for NIS 1.09 million. A 88-sq.m., four room house on a 230-sq.m. lot with a basement and parking on Nordau St. was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 80-sq.m., four-room, ground floor apartment without an elevator and without parking on Torah VeAvodah St. was sold for NIS 890,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 118-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment on Bar vNissan St. in the Neve Zeev neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.01 million. A 84-sq.m. 3.5 room, eighth floor apartment on Shderot Jerusalem was sold for NIS 720,000 (RE/MAX-PLUS).
Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Rishon Lezion: A 90-sq.m. 3.5 room, seventh and top floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator, three parking places and a storage room was leased for NIS 4,750 per month. A 217-sq.m., seven-room house in a 330-sq.m. lot on Netiv Ha'asara St. in the west of the city was leased for NIS 8,200 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
