Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 65-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with elevator and parking on Sokolov St. was sold for NIS 1.55 million. A 85-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Jabotinsky St. was sold for Nis 1.4 million (RE/MAX-Focus).
Holon:A renovated 70-sq.m., 2.5-room third floor apartment on Shprinzak St. was sold for NIS 1.02 million. A 70-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with no elevator and shared parking on Hamacabim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.04 million. A renovated100-sq.m. five-room, fourth floor garden apartment with 25-sq.m. roof area, elevator and parking on Mishol Hashoham St. was sold for NIS 1.19 million (RE/MAX-Evanav).
Haifa and the north
Katzir: A 142-sq.m. five-room house on a 580-sq.m. lot with a storage room and two parking spaces on Segal St. on Givat Hamaaravit was sold for NIS 1.65 million. A 60-sq.m., three room semi-detached house on a 355-sq.m. lot with parking on Mishal Hapetal St. was sold for NIS 965,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
Safed: A partly renovated 40-sq.m. two-room, first floor apartment with covered balcony on Herzl St. was sold for NIS 430,000. A 70-sq.m., three room, third floor apartment on Ahad Eser St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 510,000 (Sofer).
Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A renovated 145-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with elevator but no parking on Dubnov St. in Old North Tel Aviv was leased for NIS 14,000 per month.
Ramat Gan:A 75-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator or parking on Yeshurun St. was leased for NIS 4,300 per month. A 100-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking and elevator on Krenitzki St. was leased for NIS 4,500 per month.
Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 98-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and storage room but no parking on Haetzel St. in French Hill was leased for NIS 5,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
