Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Herzliya: A 100-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Pinsker St. was sold for NIS 1.7 million. A 130-sq.m., five-room, first floor duplex with a 10-sq.m. balcony, elevator and two parking spaces on Haprachim St. was sold for NIS 2.4 million. A 135-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with elevator, parking, and storage room on David Shimoni St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 3.1 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Hod Hasharon: A renovated 95-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Geula St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.41 million. A 170-sq.m., four-room house on a 235-sq.m. lot in need of renovation on Hagai St. was sold for NIS 2.82 million (Sharvit Properties). A 124-sq.m., four-room, section floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hankin St. in the Magdiel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.71 million. A 206-sq.m., six-room, fifth floor penthouse with an elevator and parking on Hahaklai St. in the magdiel neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.57 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Kfar Saba: A 135-sq.m. six-room, tenth floor apartment on Yair Rosenbloom St. in the Yaroka neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 120-sq.m., 4.5-room ground floor garden apartment with a 119-sq.m. garden on Barkan St. was sold for NIS 1.96 million. A 217-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor duplex apartment with an elevator on Bilu St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.99 million. A 115-sq.m. 4.5-room, fourth floor apartment on Galil St. was sold for NIS 1.52 million (RE/MAX ONE). A renovated 300-sq.m., 4.5-room house on a 254-sq.m. lot with a basement on Yekutiel Adma St. in the Vatikim neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.5 million (Sharvit Properties)

Yavne: A 120-sq.m. five-room, third floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony with an elevator, two parking spaces and a storage room on Hasida St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.57 million. A 120-sq.m., five room, fourth floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, elevator and two parking spaces on Hanamal St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.54 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Hod Hasharon: A 300-sq.m., five-room house on a 200-sq.m. lot on Hadasim St. in Ramat Hadar was leased for NIS 8,500 per month (Sharvit Properties).

Hadera: A 120-sq.m., four-room, eighth-ninth floor duplex with an elevator and balcony on Hayasur St. in Givat Olga was leased for NIS 6,490 per month (RE/MAX MIKTZOANIM).
