Tel Aviv:A 75-sq.m., 3-room, first floor renovated apartment on Harav Kosovsky St. in Bavli neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.81 million (Akerman Real Estate).
Modi'in:A 117-sq.m., 4-room, fourth floor apartment with a 14 sq.m. balcony, parking and an elevator on Kikar Amos St. in Haneviim neighborhood, in the northern part of the city, was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 90-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with a 6 sq.m. balcony, parking and an elevator on Emeq Dotan St. in Hanehalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.63 million. A 170-sq.m., 7-room house with a 250 sq.m. garden and parking on Esther Hamalka St. in Moriya neighborhood in the southern part of the city was sold for NIS 3.41 million. A 200-sq.m., 6-room, house with a 185 sq.m. garden and parking on Yosef St. in the Hashvatim neighborhood in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 4.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Hadera:A 100-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with a storage room on Hanassi St. in the city center was sold for NIS 905,000. A 180-sq.m., 6-room, semi-detached house with balconies, parking spaces, security room and access for disabled on Mivtza Hiram St. in the Weizmann neighborhood in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 1.60 million. A 80-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Moshe Dayan St. in Ganei Alon neighborhood was sold for NIS 750,000. A 96-sq.m., 3-room, first floor apartment with parking and sun balcony on Hashalechet St. in Beit Eliezer in the southeastern part of the city was sold for NIS 840,000 (Re/Max-Professionals).
Haifa and the north
Haifa:A 65-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor renovated apartment with no parking or elevator on Hannah Senesh St. was sold for NIS 870,000. A 73-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Shomron St. in the Ramat Hatishbi neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.02 million. A 80-sq.m., 3-room, ground floor apartment with no parking on Hapalmach St. in Old Romema neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.14 million. A 85-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Harav Refael Ankoa St. in the Sha'ar HaAliyah neighborhood was sold for NIS 880,000 (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central region
Hadera: A 130-sq.m. 5-room, 16th floor apartment with a sun balcony, a security room, an elevator and parking on Arzei Halevanon St. in the Ayn Hayam neighborhood in the southwestern part of the city was leased for NIS 3,750 per month. A 139-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with a security room, a balcony, parking and an elevator on Menachem Begin St. in the Givat Olga neighborhood in the western part of the city was leased for NIS 4,000 (Re/Max-Professionals).
Petah Tikva: A 50-sq.m. 2.5-room, ground floor apartment on Henrietta Szold St. in the Mahane Yehuda neighborhood in the southeastern part of the city was leased for NIS 2,850 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
