Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Modi'in: A 122-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an 18-sq.m. balcony with parking but no elevator on Haim Bar-Lev St. in the Maginim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 120-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony, parking but no elevator on Reuven St. in the Shvatim neighborhood in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.28 million. A 124-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with a 22-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Emek Zevulun St. in the Evenei Chen neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 185-sq.m., six-room house on a 150-sq.m. lot with parking in Nahal Sorek St. in the Masua neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 2.8 million. A 156-sq.m., five-room, second floor duplex with a 48-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Lavona St. in the Nahalim neighborhood in the city center was sold for NIS 2.9 million. A 135-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a 15-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Tishrei St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.83 million. A 208-sq.m., five-room, garden apartment with a 70-sq.m. garden with an elevator and parking on Kislev St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.27 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Beersheva and the south
Beersheva: A 50-sq.m. three-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Yitzhak Avinu St. in the Daled neighborhood was sold for NIS 770,000. A 90-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Bnei Or St. in the Bet neighborhood was sold for NIS 645,000. A 40-sq.m., two-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Klisher St. in the Gimmel neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 495,000. A 42-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hatalmud St. in the Daled neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 425,000. A 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Radak St. in the Yud Aleph neighborhood in the west of the city was sold for NIS 600,000. A 60-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Eliyahu Hanavi St. in the Daled neighborhood was sold for NIS 555,000. A 150-sq.m. five-room house with parking on Olshan St. in the new Vav neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.42 million. (RE-MAX - Plus).

Tel Aviv: A renovated 60-sq.m., 2.5-room, second floor apartment with a balcony on Shlomo Hamelekh St. was leased for NIS 5,400 per month.
Ramat Gan: A 100-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hayarden St. was leased for NIS 6,000 per month (RE-MAX - Focus).
