Comverse VP: Solaiemes strengthens our Evolved Communication Suite (ECS).
Telecom and business management provider Comverse Inc. (Nasdaq: CNSI) has acquired Spain-based Solaiemes, which provides monetization of Service Providers' (SPs) digital services. No financial details about the deal were disclosed.
Comverse said that solutions from Solaiemes complement its Evolved Communication Suite (ECS) offering, and the combined portfolio creates an end-to-end platform for service monetization of IP based digital services. Comverse added that the acquisition accelerates its digital services portfolio with products such as WebRTC Gateway, and the industry's first GSMA accredited RCS API Gateway. It will also expand engineering expertise and talent in the IP messaging and digital services domains, and make Comverse's evolved communication suite the most comprehensive digital services offering in the industry.
