Almost two years after Allenby Concept House opened its New York branch, it is expected to begin operating in Europe as well. Sources inform “Globes” that Allenby is in advanced talks with Amsterdam’s Kwartvoorhalf agency, which specializes in guerilla marketing, and with the owners of the app I'M IN, to establish a joint agency, with equal ownership, to operate in Amsterdam under the name Allenby Amsterdam.
It appears that the connection came about during the Amsterdam launch of Heineken’s “Cities” promotional campaign, which was launched by Allenby Tel Aviv.
Kwartvoorhalf provides services in Amsterdam to companies such as Nike and Apple. I’M IN, which makes it possible to distribute and sell last-minute tickets to events, operates with success in the Netherlands. Allenby Tel Aviv says it is more than a regular advertising agency, and its value offering is primarily the creation of original-content-based campaigns tailored for the brand.
Among the campaigns that the company has managed are projects for global SodaStream, full management of almost all Tempo brands, Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai’s mayoral campaign, and Meretz’s current political campaign.
Five gum, Skittles, Golf, Berman’s Bakery, Lachmi, G-Star, and Puma are among Allenby’s current clients.
The intent to establish an office outside of Israel may seem pretentious, but Allenby has done this already once before, when, due to SodaStream budget considerations, it established a joint agency with the Papush New York branch. Allenby owner Israel Einhorn confirmed the report, and said, “The goal of Allenby Amsterdam is to expand Kwartvoorhalf and I’m In’s basket of services, and to offer Allenby’s advanced digital and creative services to international and Israeli clients interested in international activity.
