RoomsNinja tracks its customers' reservations and automatically rebooks rooms at a lower price.

Israeli startup RoomsNinja finds its users savings on hotel rooms they already booked. The hospitality industry works using various pricing models, making it difficult for consumers to know the right time to order their vacation.

RoomsNinja tracks the price of the ordered room to identify any price changes. After booking a hotel reservation, the user needs to forward the confirmation email to a special address (save@roomsninja.com), at which point the startup starts tracking the room.

If the price drops, the customer receives a notification with the lower price; the first reservation is then automatically cancelled. The company claimed that two weeks ago, they saved one customer $777 for a hotel reservation in Miami.

RoomsNinja's solution is similar to a product offered by Israeli startup FairFly, whose customers send it their e-ticket, which is then tracked until the user is notified of a better offer.

RoomsNinja raised $1 million from another Israeli startup, Babylon, last week.
