The apartment is on the 28th floor of Manhattan Tower in Tel Aviv's Park Tzameret.

Recently resigned Minister of Interior Silvan Shalom and Judy Shalom Nir Mozes are moving from Ramat Gan to Tel Aviv. The couple has bought an apartment in Tel Aviv's Park Tzameret for NIS 15 million, sources inform "Globes." The deal was completed nearly two months ago with the Shaloms purchasing an apartment on the 28th floor of Manhattan Tower on Nissim Aloni Street.

The apartment covers 281 square meters and has two open balconies, each covering 17 square meters and another huge balcony with a sea view as well as two parking spaces and two storage rooms.

The 40-floor Manhattan Tower was built by BSR in 2010 and contains 177 apartments, a fitness room and swimming pool. Sources believe that the Shaloms will live in the apartment and sell their current luxurious house in Ramat Gan's Tel Binyamin neighborhood now that their children have left home.

The house in Tel Binyamin was Judy Shalom Nir Mozes' childhood home and is located on the exclusive Binyamin Street, not far from the Diamond Exchange and which houses the residencies of several foreign ambassadors. In recent years, the home has been valued at NIS 8 million.

Last week, Silvan Shalom retired from political life after 23 years as an MK in which he served as Foreign Minister, Finance Minister, Energy Minister and most recently Interior Minister, amid allegations of sexual harassment.

Silvan Shalom and Judy Nir Mozes Shalom declined to comment on the report.
