Toluna acquires Israeli digital tracking co Crossense

Crossense's 10 employees will move from the Nielsen Innovate incubator in Caesarea to Toluna's Haifa R&D center.

French marketing technology firm Toluna has announced the acquisition of Israeli digital tracking startup Crossense. No financial details were disclosed. Crossense's team of 10 who are based in Nielsen’s innovation incubator - Nielsen Innovate in Caesarea - will join Toluna’s R&D center in Haifa.

Crossense provides unique permission-based digital tracking solution that deliver insight into cross-platform digital behavior. Crossense provides customers with an understanding of connected consumer behavior from video and music consumption to ad exposure and e-commerce shopping across devices.

Toluna CEO Frédéric-Charles Petit said, "At Toluna we are committed to providing customers with high-value insight, accessible in real-time.
