Viber CEO buys Tel Aviv home for NIS 87m

Talmon Marco and his brother Daniel have bought a 1,000-sq.m. apartment on the 27th floor of Rothschild 30.

Talmon Marco, the CEO and founder of instant messaging app Viber and his brother Daniel have bought a penthouse apartment for NIS 87 million in Tel Aviv's Rothschild 30 residential tower. The luxury project is located at the corner of Rothschild Boulevard and Allenby Street.

The 27th floor apartment covers 1,000 square meters and includes a 500-sq.m. balcony. The seller is Yoram Avner who organized the buyers group for the project and who owns the company building Rothschild 30. The project is being built by Afik Hayarden, owned by Shlomo and Yair Eini and Avner.

In 2014, Marco sold Viber to Japanese company Rakuten, one of the world's internet services companies, for $900 million.
