Teuza cuts Nova stake

The investment fund is no longer a party at interest in the metrology company.

Teuza - A Fairchild Technology Venture Ltd. (TASE:TUZA) has sold 237,300 shares in Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (Nasdaq:NVMI; TASE:NVMI) for $1.7 million, reducing its stake to 4.8% of the metrology solutions company.

Teuza now owns 1,216,107 shares Nova shares, worth $8.6 million. Teuza originally bought 1,453,407 shares in Nova for $986,000.

Teuza is a venture capital fund that has invested $44 million in 20 high-tech companies in various fields to date.

Nova's share closed at $7.05 on Nasdaq yesterday, giving a market cap of $40 million, and its share price fell 0.1% on the TASE today to NIS 25.20. Teuza's share price rose 7.1% to NIS 0.767, giving a market cap of NIS 66 million.
