Pharmaceutical company Kamada Ltd. (TASE: KMDA) filed a preliminary prospectus for an offering on Nasdaq with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Jefferies LLC are the underwriters. The preliminary prospectus has not yet come into effect, and it is not binding on the company to hold an offering.
Earlier this month, Kamada guided for $74 million revenue in 2013, up from $73 million in 2012.
