Chairman Amnon Yacoby: The company will continue implementing its turnaround plan.

Alvarion Ltd. (Nasdaq: ALVR; TASE: ALVR) president and CEO Hezi Lapid resigned on Friday. He will stay in his position until a smooth transition is completed. The company did not announce a successor.

"We expect to complete our turnaround successfully and put the company back on a growth trajectory."
