Kamada will be included in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index from next week.
Sources inform ''Globes'' that biopharmaceutical company Kamada Ltd. (Nasdaq: KMDA); TASE: KMDA), which is listed on the Tel Aviv 75 Index, will be included on an MSCI index on Tuesday, November 26. Kamada will be listed on the MSCI Global Small Cap Index. Avgol Nonwoven Industries Ltd. (TASE:AVGL), which is also listed on the Tel Aviv 75 Index, will be relegated from the MSCI Global Small Cap Index.
Kamada's inclusion in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index will cause demand for its share in the closing stage next Tuesday.
In late May, Kamada listed on Nasdaq, and its share price has subsequently soared. In early 2014, the company will publish the results of a clinical trial of its inhalable AAT for the treatment of Alpha-1 Antitrypsin protein deficiency.
