Judge gives Eli Reifman "one last chance"

Judge Varda Alshech: "It's hard to think what will make Reifman change his mind."

Emblaze Group (LSE: BLZ) founder Eli Reifman once again appeared in the Tel Aviv District Court today in the long running saga over his stubborn insistence to ignore the order to transfer his shares to a trustee.

Judge Varda Alshech said, "I have decided to give Eli Reifman one last chance to fulfill the order given to him to transfer his shares in Emblaze to Adv. Eitan Erez, the special administrator of his assets. If he does not fulfill this order within 10 days he will be sent for another prolonged period in prison for contempt of court."

The judge also wrote in her decision that despite the additional chance she had decided to give Reifman, "It is hard to think what will make Reifman change his mind and lead him to finally keep the court order except sitting in prison for a long time, until he stops insisting on his groundless and false position."
