A selection of recent deals in the residential real estate market.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A 110-sq.m. renovated four-room, first floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. sun balcony, and elevator on Alexander Pen St. in Tel Baruch, North Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 2.9 million. A 40-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment on Ahi Dakar St. in Neve Sharet was sold for NIS 1.35 million (RE/MAX-Professional Group).

Rishon Lezion: A 115-sq.m. four-room garden apartment in a 280-sq.m. lot on Hamafutachim St. in Neot Ashalim in southwest Rishon was sold for NIS 1.95 million. A 52-sq.m. 2.5-room, second floor apartment with an elevator, security room, and parking on Hatof St. in Neve Ashelim was sold for NIS 1.2 million (RE/MAX-Empire).

Hod Hasharon: A renovated 124-sq.m. four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator, two parking places and a storage room on Bayit Habad St. was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A renovated 99-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hatzanchanim St. in the Magdiel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.56 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Ben Gurion St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.43 million. A 115-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with sun balcony, elevator and parking on Hankin St. in the Magdiel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.56 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Kfar Saba: A 130-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with a balcony and two parking places on Katznelson St. was sold for NIS 2.4 million. A 245-sq.m. 6.5-room, semi-detached house on a 305-sq.m. lot with three balconies, a bomb shelter, and parking on Ha'egoz St. was sold for NIS 3.55 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Netanya: A 80-sq.m., three-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Emmanuel Mohl St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.25 million. A 113-sq.m., four-room, eighth and top floor penthouse with a 30-sq.m. balcony, with an elevator and parking on Carlebach St. was sold for NIS 1.76 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Ashkelon: A 100-sq.m. four-room, 13th-floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Shilo St. was leased for NIS 4,500 a month (Anglo-Saxon).
Netanya:A 125-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on Bnei Binyamin St. was leased for NIS 4,800 a month (Anglo-Saxon).
