Tel Aviv and central region
Herzliya: A 85-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Ben Gurion St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.61 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Tor Hazahav St. was sold for NIS 1.53 million. A 150-sq.m., five room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator, two parking spaces and a storage room on Keren Kayemet St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.2 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with a 14-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Ben Gurion St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.02 million. A 112-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator, parking and storage room on Ben-Yehuda St. was sold for NIS 2.37 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Hod Hasharon: A 150-sq.m. five-room, fifth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, two parking spaces, elevator and storage room on Zalman Shadar St. in Mitham 200 was sold for NIS 2.21 million. A 120-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator, two parking spaces and storage room on Ben Tzvi St. in Mitham 200 was sold for NIS 1.83 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Kfar Saba: A 110-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment on Tchernokovsky St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.37 million. A 66-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment on Hagefen St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 980,000 (RE-MAX/ONE)
Modi'in: A 140-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment/duplex with 4 balconies totaling 40-sq.m. and a private entrance on Karkum St. in the Flowers neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.95 million. A 78-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with two balconies totaling 25-sq.m. and parking on nahal Zohar St. in the Masua neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 67-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator, parking and storage room on Kislev St. in the Kramim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.56 million. A 170-sq.m., six-room, house with a 80-sq.m. balcony, 65-sq.m. garden, covered garage and storage room on Ma'aleh Gidon St. in the Masua neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.3 million (Shumacher Real Estate).

Pardes Hanna/Karkur:A 55-sq.m., two-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hatzfira St. was sold for NIS 565,000. A 110-sq.m., four-room house in a 500-sq.m. lot with parking was sold for NIS 1.64 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv: A 75-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and no parking on Yehoshua Bin Nun St. in Old North Tel Aviv was leased for NIS 6,400 per month.
