Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 120-sq.m. four-room apartment on with a 10-sq.m balcony and security room on Eliyahu Hakim St. in Ramat aviv Gimmel was sold for NIS 3.4 million. A three-room, second floor 90-sq.m. apartment, with two balconies and an elevator on Heh B'Iyar St. on Kikar Medina was sold for NIS 3.22 million. A 80-sq.m. three room apartment in need of renovation on Hagdud Haivri St. in Neve Sha'anan was sold for NIS 1.28 million. A 43-sq.m. two room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Bavli St. in Old North Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 1.93 million. A 90-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking, requiring renovation on Motzkin St. in Old North Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 3.27 million. A 55-sq.m. three-room apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Abarbanel St. in Florentin was sold for NIS 1.55 million. A renovated 98-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Ibn Gbriol St. was sold for NIS 2.8 million.

Hadera: A 77-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Yitzhak Ben-Zvi st. in the Peer neighborhood was sold for NIS 640,000. A 120-sq.m., four-room, first floor garden apartment with a 75-sq.m. garden with no elevator on Harav Hay Taib St. in Givat Olga was sold for NIS 830,000. A 96-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking and 12-sq.m. balcony, security room, and storage room on Hahasida St. in the Beitar neighborhood was sold for NIS 93,000.

Lod: A 96-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator or parking on David Hamelekh Blvd. was sold for NIS 735,000. A 74-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Eli Cohen St. in the Sharet neighborhood was sold for NIS 635,000.

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A renovated 35-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Bar Kokhba St. near Dizengoff Circle was leased for NIS 4,500 per month.
Givatayim: A 90-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Gordon St. in the city center was leased for NIS 5,250 per month.
