A 70-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment with parking and no elevator on Hatotchanim St. was sold for NIS 930,000. A 80-sq.m., 3.5-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Dalia St. was sold for NIS 930,000. A 84-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with parking and no elevator on Bialik St. was sold for NIS 1.18 million. A 100-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment with a 6-sq.m. balcony with an elevator and parking on Yoseftal St. was sold for NIS 1.66 million. A 68-sq.m., 2.5-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking after Tama 38 earthquake retrofit on Moshe Sharet St. was sold for NIS 1.27 million. A 85-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Ahad Ha'am St. was sold for NIS 1.41 million. A 68-sq.m., 2.5-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking after Tama 38 earthquake retrofit on Moshe Sharet St. was sold for NIS 1.2 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Holon: A 70-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment, three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Hankin St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.27 million. A 90-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with parking on Mohliver St. in the Rassco neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 75-sq.m., three-room third floor apartment with no elevator on Eliezer Hofein St. was sold for NIS 1.02 million (RE-MAX/AVNIN).

Ashdod: A renovated 202-sq.m., five-room, 17th floor apartment overlooking the marine with an elevator and parking on exodus St. was sold for NIS 2.7 million. A 100-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Cheshvan St. was sold for NIS 1.31 million. A renovated 170-sq.m. 6.5-room two-floor house on a 187-sq.m. lot with parking on Hadera St. in the Tet neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central region
Hod Hasharon: A 280-sq.m. four-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with a basement on Nahal Kane St. in Ramat Hadar in the west of the city was leased for NIS 8,000 per month (Sharvit Properties).
