Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 140-sq.m. three-room, fifth floor apartment on Vitali Mauizio St., north Tel Aviv, was sold for NIS 4.8 million.

Ramat Gan: A 110-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hayarden St. was sold for NIS 1.51 million. A 130-sq.m., 4.5-room garden apartment with a 150-sq.m. garden on Truman St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.29 million. A 65-sq.m., 2.5-room apartment on Mordei Hagettaot St. was sold for NIS 1.385 million. A 97-sq.m., 3.5-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Uziel St. was sold for NIS 1.4 million (RE-MAX/FOCUS).

Rehovot: A 85-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with a 10-sq.m. balcony, elevator, storage room and two parking spaces on Yitzhak Benari St. was sold for NIS 1.36 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, 16th floor apartment with an elevator, storage room, and parking on Hacarmel St. in Ahuzat Hanasi in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.65 million. A 130-sq.m., 4.5-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Ben-Zion St. was sold for NIS 1.35 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Herzog St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.25 million. A 60-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Haetrog St. in the Oshiot neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 750,000. A 170-sq.m., five-room, ninth floor apartment with a 100-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Prof. Daniel Kahanaman St. in the science neighborhood in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 2.6 million (Anglo-Saxon)

Lod: A 74-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on San Martin St. in the Ben Gurion neighborhood was sold for NIS 800,000. A 88-sq.m., 3.5-room second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Yakinton St. in the academia neighborhood in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 717,000. A 94-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hadarim St. in the Academia neighborhood was sold for NIS 820,000.

Rehovot: A 100-sq.m. four-room apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, with parking and an elevator on A.D. Gordon St. was leased for NIS 5,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
