Dental device co ReDent signs Russia distribution deal

NSella has undertaken to place an immediate $150,000 order for ReDent's self adjusting file and peripheral equipment for root canal treatments.

Maayan Ventures Ltd. (TASE:MAYN) portfolio company ReDent Nova Ltd. has signed an agreement with Russian distributor NSella to sell ReDent's self adjusting file (SAF) and peripheral equipment for root canal treatments. NSella has undertaken to place an immediate $150,000 order for the products.

The three-year agreement is conditional on NSella meeting its sales annual targets for the SAF. NSella will also train 1,000 dentists a year in Russia in use of the SAF and will present the product at a large exhibition in Moscow at the end of April, which will be attended by 25,000 dentists.

ReDent has already obtained certification and regulatory approval for the SAF in Russia.

ReDent was founded in November 2004 by CTO Rephael Hof and Dr. Ehud Teperovich and graduated from the Maayan incubator in October 2006. Maayan owns 20% of the company.
