The merged company will continue under the name Lucidlogix headed by Moshe Steiner with CellGuide CEO Adina Shorr becoming the new company's Deputy CEO.
Lucidlogix has merged with CellGuide. LucidLogix GPU virtualization software allows notebooks, AiOs and desktop systems to intelligently allocate graphics resources to the most efficient GPU for the task at hand. CellGuide is a fabless semiconductor, GPS IP licensing and design service company.
The merged company will continue under the name Lucidlogix at its offices in Poleg near Netanya under the management of Moshe Steiner with CellGuide CEO Adina Shorr becoming the new company's Deputy CEO. The merged company will have 30 employees.
Lucidlogix has raised $3.9 million to speed up development and penetrate the market.
