Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A 50-sq.m. two-room, seventh floor apartment with elevator, parking and balcony on Markolet St. in South Tel Aviv was sold for NIS 2 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with a balcony on Kodobido St. in Florentin was sold for NIS 1.72 million. A renovated 33-sq.m., two-room, ground floor apartment with a balcony on Ussishkin St. was sold for NIS 1.55 million. A 85-sq.m., 3.5-room apartment with an elevator and two parking spaces on Yehoshua Bin-Nun St. was sold for NIS 3.45 million. A 55-sq.m., 2-room, first floor apartment on Reines St. was sold for NIS 1.9 million (Rozio Properties).
Ramat Gan: A 108-sq.m. five-room, fifth floor apartment with elevator, parking, and storage room on Alexander St. was sold for NIS 2.4 million. A 112-sq.m., four room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hsar Moshe St. was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 130-sq.m., five room, third floor apartment with elevator and parking on Gilad St. in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 2.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Givatayim:A 75-sq.m. 2.5-room, third and top floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Metzulat Yam St. was sold for NIS 1.63 million. A 138-sq.m. five room, third floor penthouse with a 70-sq.m. roof area with elevator and covered parking on Gordon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.72 million (Anglo-Saxon)
Kfar Saba: A 100-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with storage room, needing renovation on Remez St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.46 million (RE/MAX-ONE).
Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 70-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with elevator and parking on Etzel St. in French Hill was sold for NIS 1.24 million. A 78-sq.m, four room, second floor apartment without an elevator and without parking on Bar Kokhba St. was sold for NIS 1.39 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Rentals
Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A renovated 33-sq.m. two-room, ground floor apartment with a balcony was leased for NIS 5,000 a month (Rozio Properties).
