Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A 55-sq.m. two-room, second floor apartment with a balcony on Levinsky St. was sold for NIS 1.18 million (Rosio Properties). A 62-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking on Arvei Nahal St. was sold for NIS 1.68 million (RE/MAX-100%).

Ramat Gan: A 100-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment on Barkai St. was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 95-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment on Arlozorov St. was sold for NIS 1.37 million (Re/MAX-100%).

Hod Hasharon: A 182-sq.m. 5.5-room, 15th floor mini-penthouse with 50-sq.m. balcony with elevator, parking and storage room on Hatavas St. was sold for NIS 3.05 million. A 117-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with 16-sq.m. balcony, with elevator, two parking spaces, and storage room on Gloda Meir St. was sold for NIS 1.92 million. A 130-sq.m. five-room, fifth floor, garden apartment with 60-sq.m. garden balcony with elevator and parking on Mashabim St. was sold for NIS 1.82 million. A 130-sq.m. five-room, first floor apartment with elevator, storage room and parking on Ramatayim St. was sold for NIS 2.03 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ra'anana: A 78-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment on Asirei Zion St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 1.39 million. A 173-sq.m. six-room, fourth floor apartment with a storage room, two parking spaces and security room on Halotus St. in the southwest of the city was sold for NIS 3.32 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem:A 63-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with two balconies on Rabi Binyamin St. was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 63-sq.m. three room, second floor apartment with a balcony on Ha'Arazim St. in the Yefe Nof neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.4 million (RE/MAX-Express).

Haifa and the north
Safed:A 54-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment without an elevator on Shprinzak St. was sold for NIS 455,000. A 50-sq.m. two-room, first floor apartment without an elevator and with a 22-sq.m. balcony on Hagolan St. in Ramat Razim in the east of the city was sold for NIS 465,000. A renovated 82-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with no elevator on Ha'ahad Asar St. in the south of the city was sold for NIS 580,000 (Tivuch Sofer).
Tiberias: A 90-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with elevator and parkingb on Naiberg St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 700,000. A 75-sq.m. three room, fourth floor apartment with a 7-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Wingate St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 645,000 (Anglo-Saxon).
