Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 95-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Amsterdam St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.66 million. A renovated 30-sq.m., one-room, first floor apartment with a 3-sq.m. balcony with no elevator and no parking on Shocken St. in Florentine was sold for NIS 670,000 (anglo-Saxon).

Holon: A renovated 65-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with elevator and parking on Moshe Sneh St. was sold for NIS 1.33 million. A renovated 70-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment on Hanotrim St. in the Agrobank neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.06 million. A renovated 65-sq.m., 2.5-room, third floor apartment on Eilat St. in the Neot Rachel neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.01 million. A renovated 90-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking on Herman Struk St. in the Agrobank neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.47 million (RE-MAX - Avniv).

Kfar Saba: A 106-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment on Sheshet Yamim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.37 million. A renovated 116-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment with two parking spaces, and a storage room on Hasimcha St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.74 million. A renovated 76-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment on Tel Hai St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.23 million. A 135-sq.m., four-room, ground floor apartment with a 112-sq.m. garden, two storage rooms, and two parking spaces on Shlomo and Haya Angel St. in the Yaroka neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 2.56 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Beer Yaakov: A 110-sq.m. house on a 400-sq.m. lot on Iris Street in the Rambam neighborhood of Beer Yaakov was sold for NIS 2.19 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Hadera: A 220-sq.m. six-room house on a 380-sq.m. lot with a security room and parking on Brandeis St. was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 107-sq. four-room, third floor apartment with an elevator, storage room, parking, balcony and security room on Hativat Hanachal St. was sold for NIS 950,000. A 175-sq.m., six-room, house on a 400-sq.m. lot with parking on Haadama St. in Beit Eliezer in the southeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.97 million (RE/MAX-Mikzoanim).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 80-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking was leased for NIS 7,400 a month (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Gan: A 75-sq.m., 2.5-room fifth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Haetzel St. was leased for NIS 4,000 a month. A 55-sq.m., two-room, fith floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Arnon St. was leased for NIS 3,500 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
