Jerusalem: A 84-sq.m., four-room, ground floor apartment with covered parking and a 20-sq.m.yard, building rights for another 50-sq.m., on Alfassi St. in Rehavia was sold for NIS 3 million
Tel Aviv and central region
Givatayim: A 80-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Katznelson St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.79 million. A 93-sq.m., four-room, third-floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Arlozorov St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 80-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Katznelson St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.35 million (RE/MAX-100%).

Herzliya: A 110-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hanadiv St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.812 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harav Kook St. was sold for NIS 1.78 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Natan Alterman St. in the northern part of the city was sold for NIS 2.52 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Ha'aliya Ha'Shnia St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 95-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Barak St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.7 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Hadera: A 89-sq.m. 3.5-room, seventh floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Menachem Begin Boulevard in Givat Olga in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 119-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator, storage room, and balcony on Nahal Parat St. in the Denya neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.13 million. A 144-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hashikma St. in the Beit Eliezer neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.04 million (RE/MAX-Mikzoanim).

Beersheva and the south
Arad: A renovated110-sq.m., 4.5-room house on a 250-sq.m. lot with parking on Anafa St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 730,000. A 72-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Shimon St. in the Tlalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 350,000 (Anglo-Saxon)

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 100-sq.m., three-room, first floor furnished apartment with a storage room, elevator and two underground parking places on Abba Eban St. in Kiryat Haleum (near Binyanei Hauma) was leased for NIS 7,500 per month (Eliezer Even Properties).
Tel Aviv and central region
Givatayim: A 110-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Hama'agal St. was leased for NIS 5,000 per month. A 80-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Katznelson St. in the city center was leased for NIS 4,600 per month (RE/MAX-100%).
