Modi'in:A 130-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Nahal Hagaaton St. in the Hanehalim neighborhood, in the eastern part of the city, was sold for NIS 1.59 million. A 100-sq.m., 3-room, second floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Ficus St. in the Hanehalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 180-sq.m., 5-room garden duplex with a 60 sq.m. garden and parking on Levi St. in the Hashvatim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.57 million. A 116-sq.m., 4-room, second floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Emek Ayalon St. in the Haprachim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.72 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Petah Tikva:A 120-sq.m., 5-room, fourth floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Avinoam Yalin St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.7 million. A 140-sq.m., 6-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Yitzhak Ben-Zvi St. in the Kfar Ganim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.85 million. (Anglo-Saxon).
Holon:A 80-sq.m., 3-room, first floor apartment with no elevator on Haarava St. in the western part of the city was sold for NIS 1.24 million. A 100-sq.m., 4-room, ground floor apartment on Lehi St. in the Green Holon neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.33 million. A 145-sq.m., 5-room, seventh floor penthouse not facing the street, with a 50 sq.m. balcony, an elevator and parking on Alufei Zahal St. was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 100-sq.m., 4.5-room, three-level, semi-detached house with a 40 sq.m. balcony and a 80 sq.m. garden on Bialik St. was sold for NIS 1.95 million (Re/Max-Avenue).
Hod Hasharon:A 160-sq.m., 5-room house on a 250 sq.m. plot, with parking, on Sheshet Hayamim St. in the Gil Amal neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.5 million. A 145-sq.m., 5-room, first floor apartment with parking and an elevator on Hashahar St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.82 million. A 161-sq.m., 5-room, fifth floor roof apartment, with a 100 sq.m. roof balcony, a storage room, an elevator and parking on Magdiel St. was sold for NIS 2.31 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv:A 100-sq.m., 4-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12 sq.m. sun balcony on Yunitzman St. in the Blue Towers in northwestern Tel Aviv was leased for NIS 11,500, including management fees (Nadlanchik).
Ramat Gan: A 100-sq.m. 4-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Neve Yehoshua St. in the southern part of the city was leased for NIS 5,800 per month. An 83-sq.m., 3.5-room, ground floor apartment with no parking or elevator on Ma'ale Nesher St. in the northern part of the city was leased for NIS 5,200 (Re/Max-Focus).
Petah Tikva: An 85-sq.m. 3.5-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harishonim St. in the city center was leased for NIS 4,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
