Tel Aviv: A renovated 140-sq.m. four-room apartment with a 20-sq.m. balcony, storage room, and two parking spaces with a swimming pool and fitness room in the building in Neeman Towers on Michael Neeman St. in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 4.3 million. (French Real Estate). A 68-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Tagbil St. in the Old North was sold for NIS 3.45 million (RE-MAX - Ocean). A 45-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment with an 8-sq.m. balcony, elevator but no parking on David Tidhar St. in the Hatikva neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for NIS 904,000 (RE-MAX - Yahalom). A 74-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Tagur St. in the Neve Avivim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.57 million (RE-MAX - Place). A 75-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Hagolan St. in the Ramat Hahayal neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.99 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Kehilat Cleveland St. in the Neve Sharet neighborhood was sold for NIS 2 million (RE-MAX - Spirit).

Beersheva and the south
Arad: A 95-sq.m. four-room, fourth floor apartment with no elevator and shared parking on Moav St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 410,000. A 117-sq.m., five-room, semi-detached house on a 250-sq.m. lot with share parking on Leshem St. in the east of the city was sold for NIS 790.000. A 220-sq.m., six-room house on a 680-sq.m. lot with covered parking on Odem St. in the Rotem neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 70-sq.m., three-room, first floor apartment with shared parking but no elevator on Tzabar St. in the Rishonim neighborhood in the south of the city was sold for Nis 400,000. A 166-sq.m., six-room, semi-detached house on a 252-sq.m. lot with covered parking on Ephroni St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 975,000. A 216-sq.m., five-room house on a 380-sq.m. lot with a covered double parking space on Meitar St. in the Ra'ananim neighborhood in the southeast of the city was sold for NIS 1.65 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 120-sq.m. five-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Braily St. in the Lee neighborhood in the northwest of the city was leased for NIS 6,300 per month (RE-MAX - Ocean).
Ramat Hasharon: a 140-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, 6-sq.m. storage room, elevator, two parking spaces on Hasadot St. in the Neve Gan neighborhood in the south of the city was leased for NIS 8,500 per month (Great Land).
