Audiocodes agrees secure voice collaboration with Alcatel-Lucent

The three-year deal could be worth $20-30 million to Audiocodes

The new collaboration on secure voice network solutions that Voice over IP (VoIP) provider AudioCodes Ltd. (Nasdaq: AUDC; TASE:AUDC) has agreed with Alcatel-Lucent may have not been noticed by investors but it could earn the company $20-30 million over the next three years.

Alcatel-Lucent holds 8-10% of the organic telephone market thus the possibility of AudioCodes earning $20-30 million by 2014.

AudioCodes has already been collaborating with Alcatel-Lucent for nearly a decade and also has cooperation agreements with Microsoft and Avaya.
