Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 188-sq.m. seven-room house on a 318-sq.m. lot with a 30-sq.m. balcony and parking on Masuot Yitzhak St. in Arnona was sold for NIS 4.36 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment, with a 6-sq.m. balcony, storage room and parking but no elevator on Harav Haim Yosf Shrim St. in Ramat Sharet was sold for NIS 1.92 million. A 115-sq.m., three-room house, 80-sq.m. garden with a 30-sq.m. storage room, but no parking on Amasha St. in Malkah was sold for NIS 2.7 million. A 98-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator, storage room but no parking on Haetzel St. in French Hill was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 90-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Bayit Vegan St. in Bayit Vegan was sold for NIS 2.25 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 80-sq.m., 3.5-room, third floor apartment in need of renovation in Harav Tzvi Yehuda St. in Kiryat Moshe was sold for NIS 1.81 million. A 58-sq.m. two-room, third floor apartment on Hapalmach St. in Old Katamon was sold for NIS 1.66 million. A 38-sq.m., 1.5-room apartment with no stairs and access for disabled people on Dov Grunner St. in Armon Hanatziv was sold for NIS 765,000 (RE/MAX-Hazon). A 93-sq.m., three-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator on Rachel Hameshoreret St. was sold for NIS 1.85 million (RE/MAX-Express).
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 120-sq.m. 4.5-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Congress St. in Neve Yehoshua was sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 85-sq.m. 3.5-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Pinchas Rotenberg St. was sold for NIS 1.63 million (RE/MAX-100%).

Givatayim: A 105-sq.m. 3.5-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Sirkin St. was sold for NIS 1.95 million. A 78-sq.m., three-room apartment with an elevator and parking on Ein Gedi St. was sold for NIS 1.9 million (RE/MAX-100%).

Lod: A 136-sq.m., six-room corner-house on a 250-sq.m. lot with parking on Yakinton St. in the Acadimaim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.605 million.

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 100-sq.m. four-room, eighth floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on Rabbi Binyamin St. in Beit Hakerem was leased for NIS 6,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon)
Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 105-sq.m., four room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Shderot Hatamarim St. in the north of the city was leased for NIS 5,400 per month. A 80-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Aluf Hanitzahon St. in the city center was leased for NIS 6,000 per month (RE/MAX-100%).
