A selection of recent real estate deals in Israel in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, and Ramat Hasharon.

Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv-Jaffa: A renovated 75-sq.m. three-room apartment with two sun balconies on Har Zion boulevard in the south of the city was sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 60-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with an elevator on the northern part of Dizengoff Street near the Yarkon River was sold for NIS 2.55 million. A 70-sq.m. needing comprehensive renovation on Levinsky St. near the Aliya market was sold for NIS 1.5 million (Rosio Properties). A renovated 79-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment with a sun balcony, storage room, elevator, and covered parking on Derekh Namir was sold for NIS 2.43 million (RE/MAX-Ocean).

Ramat Gan: A 50-sq.m., two-room, third floor apartment with no parking on Hatmarim St. was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 160-sq.m., six-room, second floor apartment with no parking on Maaleh Habanim St. was sold for NIS 2.95 million. A 130-sq.m., four-room, fourth floor apartment with an elevator and share parking on Sara Aharonson St. was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 77-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Tirza St. was sold for NIS 1.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Hasharon: A 100-sq.m. four-room, first floor roof apartment with a 45-sq.m. roof, storage room and parking but no elevator on Arnon st. in the Alon neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 80-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with a storage room and parking on Harav Auerbach St. was sold for NIS 2.05 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Ramat Gan: A 80-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with parking on Bnei Moshe St. was leased for NIS 5,700 per month. A 150-sq.m., five-room, ground floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hadas St. in the east of the city was leased for NIS 9,500 per month. A 105-sq.m., four-room, fifth floor apartment with parking on Hatamarim St. was leased for NIS 5,400 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Ramat Hasharon: A 120-sq.m., five-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hanotar St. in the Hadar neighborhood was leased for NIS 7,500 per month. A 110-sq.m., four-room house on a 300-sq.m. lot on hashikma St. was leased for 8,000 per month. A 200-sq.m., five-room house on a 350-sq.m. lot on Nataf St. in the south of the city was leased for NIS 11,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
