Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 72-sq.m. four-room, third floor apartment with no elevator on Halish St. in Gilo was sold for NIS 1.43 million.
Tel Aviv and central region
Givatayim: A 78-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Encio Sereni St. was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 40-sq.m., 1.5-room, ground floor apartment with no parking on Genasin St. was sold for NIS 1.32 million (RE/MAX-100%).

Kfar Saba: A 230-sq.m. six-room semi-detached house on a 300-sq.m. lot with a basement and covered parking on Yermiyahu St. in the Kaplan neighborhood in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.7 million. A renovated 167-sq.m., five-room, third floor duplex apartment with two sun balconies, an elevator and parking on Tel Hai St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.12 million. A 150-sq.m., five-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Tel Hai St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.76 million. A 145-sq.m., five-room, second floor apartment with a balcony, central air-conditioning, and two covered parking spaces on Trumpledor St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.95 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Modi'in: A 140-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with a 14-sq.m. balcony, parking but no elevator on Nahar Hayarden St. in the Massua neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.77 million. A 157-sq.m., five-room duplex apartment with a 40-sq.m. balcony and parking on Levona St. in the Nahalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.03 million. A 160-sq.m., five-room, semi-detached house with a 90-sq.m. garden with parking on Migdal Yam St. in the Avnei Chen neighborhood in the northwest of the city was sold for NIS 3.3 million. A 82-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment with a 27-sq.m. balcony, parking but no elevator on Emek Haela St. in the Kramim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.42 million. A 106-sq.m., three-rrom, second floor apartment with a 40-sq.m. balcony, parking but no elevator on Yeshayahu Hanavi St. in the Haneviim neighborhood in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.58 million. A 162-sq.m. five-room, ground floor, duplex apartment with a 25-sq.m. balcony on Migdal David St. in the Nahalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.39 million (Anglo-Saxon). A 108-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with a balcony, elevator and parking on Emek Zevulun St. in the Avnei Chen neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.83 million (Levy Yitzhak).

Tel Aviv and central region
Ramat Gan: A 100-sq.m., 4.5-room, fourth floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Neve Yehoshua St. was leased for NIS 4,000 per month. A 85-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Rabbi Haba Eliahu St. in the northwest of the city was leased for NIS 3,700 per month (RE/MAX-Focus).
