Second-hand apartments sold
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 100-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and share parking on David Hamelekh St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.3 million. A 60-sq.m., three-room, ground floor apartment with an elevator in Ben Sarouk St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.36 million (Rosio properties).

Kfar Saba: A renovated 153-sq.m. five-room, fifth floor apartment with a 150-sq.m. roof area on Tel Hai St. was sold for NIS 2.24 million. A 230-sq.m., six-room, fifth floor duplex with an elevator and two parking places on Hacarmel St. in the city center was sold for NIS 3.22 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, first floor garden apartment with a 115-sq.m. garden on Herzl St. in the city center was sold for NIS 2.21 million. A partly renovated 96-sq.m. four-room, second floor apartment on Habanim St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A renovated 151-sq.m. five-room, first floor duplex on Adir Street in the north of the city was sold for NIS 1.9 million (RE/MAX-ONE).

Hod Hasharon: A 280-sq.m. five-room house on a 600-sq.m. lot on Kfar Hadar St. was sold for NIS 5.3 million. A 160-sq.m. five-room, garden apartment with a 33-sq.m. balcony, elevator and two parking places on Chochit St. was sold for NIS 3.25 million (Sharvit Properties).

Modi'in: A 70-sq.m., three-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator on Emek Ayalon St. in the Hanachalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.433 million.

Haifa and the north
Haifa: A renovated 80-sq.m. three-room, ground floor apartment with a storage room and no parking on Ovadia St. in the Ramat Hatishby neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.14 million. A 100-sq.m., three-room, third floor apartment needing renovation, with parking but no elevator on Keller St. in the Central Carmel was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 77-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on Hayam St. was sold for NIS 1.48 million. A 110-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment needing renovation, with parking but no elevator on Abergil St. in the Ahuza neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A renovated 75-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment within parking but no elevator on Beit Lehem St. on the French Carmel was sold for NIS 915,000. A 90-sq.m., 3.5-room, first floor apartment, needing renovation, with parking but no elevator on Idar St. in Ahuza was sold for NIS 1.05 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Netanya: A 160-sq.m. four-room, second floor furnished apartment with an elevator and parking on David Hamelekh St. was leased for NIS 5,000 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
