Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 74-sq.m., 3.5-room, third and top floor apartment with three balconies, each 4-sq.m. in size, with no elevator and no parking on Beit Ha'arava St. in Arnona was sold for NIS 1.67 million. A 90-sq.m. three-room, ground floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Yehuda Burla St. was sold for NIS 2.4 million (Sunchuri 21).


Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 44-sq.m. two-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Nahlat Binyamin St. was sold for NIS 1.79 million. A 39-sq.m., two-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Harav Yitzhak Yedidiya Frankel St. in the Florentin quarter was sold for NIS 1.56 million (Levy Yitzhak).

Herzliya: A 140-sq.m. 4.5-room, second floor apartment with a 12-sq.m. balcony, elevator and parking on Hashoftim St. in the Neve Amirim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.5 million. A 90-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Aryeh Leib Yaffe St. was sold for NIS 1.88 million. A 100-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hanadiv St. was sold for NIS 2.05 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Netanya: A 118-sq.m. 3.5-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Hashiva St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.14 million. A 119-sq.m., four-room, second floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Shlomo Hamelekh St. in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 210-sq.m., seven room house on a 240-sq.m. lot with a basement and parking on Nachum Sokolov St. in the north of the city was sold for NIS 3 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Hadera: A 98-sq.m., four-room, first floor apartment with a balcony, security room, elevator, and parking on Nahalal St. in the Park neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.11 million. A 150-sq.m. five-room, seventh floor penthouse with a balcony, elevator and parking on Hayarden St. in the park neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 75-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment on Haim Laskov St. in the Ganei Alon neighborhood was sold for NIS 480,000. A 180-sq.m., six-room house on a 270-sq.m. lot with a security room, balcony and parking on Horshat Tal St. in the Park neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.12 million (RE/MAX-Miktzoanim).

Rentals
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 82-sq.m., three-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Yafe Nof St. in Old North Tel Aviv was leased for NIS 6,000 per month.

Beersheva and the south
Dimona: A 100-sq.m., four-room, seventh floor apartment on Hashalva St. was leased for NIS 2,500 per month (RE/MAX-Nova).
