Second-hand apartments sold

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 100-sq.m. four-room, first floor garden apartment with A 60-sq.m. garden with a storage room and parking on Revadim St. in Arnona was sold for NIS 3.12 million. A 200-sq.m. seven room house on a 300-sq.m. lot with parking on Dagan St. in Gilo was sold for NIS 3.49 million. A 101-sq.m. four room, second floor apartment with a 16-sq.m. balcony, elevator but no parking on Shivtei Yisrael St. in Mea Shearim was sold for NIS 2.2 million. A 70-sq.m. three-room, third floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Shesh Esrai St. in Pisgat Zeev was sold for NIS 1.03 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 65-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment on Harav Alnaqva St. in the Neve Kfir neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.27 million (RE/MAX-Ocean). A 85-sq.m. three-room apartment with an elevator and parking on Hazohar St. in the North Bavli neighborhood was sold for NIS 3 million (French Real Estate).

Kfar Saba: A 200-sq.m. six-room, sixth floor duplex with two balconies totaling 50-sq.m., a 5-sq.m. storage room, and two parking places on Leah and David Lonberg St. in the Hayaroka neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.46 million.

Netanya: A 96-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Herzl St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 76-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment needing renovation with an elevator and parking on Smilansky St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.25 million. A renovated 68-sq.m. 2.5-room, first floor apartment wth parking but no elevator on A.D. Gordon St. in the city center was sold for NIS 1.1 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Hadera: A 135-sq.m. five-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Namal Prat St. in the Denya neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.15 million. A 110-sq.m. 3.5-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Hativat Hanahal St. in Givat Bosel was sold for NIS 1.02 million. A 100-sq.m. three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Ein Gedi St. in Givat Olga was sold for NIS 1.42 million (RE/MAX-Miktzoanim)

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 38-sq.m. 1.5-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 27-sq.m. garden with no parking was leased for NIS 4,200 per month (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Kfar Saba: A 100-sq.m. four-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Keren Hamuzika St. in the Hayaroka neighborhood was leased for NIS 5,500 per month (Domos Market Place).
